Welded Diamond Cutting Discs Saw Blades are used to making cutting on polished porcelain tiles, wearable ceramic tiles, rustic tiles, glaze floor and wall tiles.

It can be used by single blade and multi blades. CDT welded diamond saw blade is approved for their good sharpness, smooth and flat cutting slots, no chipping and long working lifespan.

This product is normally used on single-head or two-head automatic cutting machines and manual cutting machines.

 

1. When purchasing, please communicate with customer service, clear cutting object, we will provide you with high-quality saw blade according to your needs;

2. The dirt attached to the saw blade and flange should be removed before installation and use. During installation, the marked direction should be consistent with the steering of the power tool, and the flange should be fixed with the wrench attached to the power tool.

3. Pay attention to the use of compression or impact deformation of the saw blade;

4. The operator should wear safety helmet, safety shoes and protective glasses, protective gloves, earplugs and face mask when sawing.

5. Power tools should be equipped with protective cover;

6. Make sure that no one else is around before you start your operation;

7. Sawing should be carried out after the saw blade is in full operation. First cut slowly, and then cut normally after it is stable.

8. When cutting operations, do not stop the saw blade operation;

9. Do not touch the rotating saw blade with your hands. Do not stand in front of the saw blade when it is running again.

10. Before replacing the saw blade, power off the power tool and unplug the power plug from the socket.

11. When the saw blade cutting, should keep enough water to cool the saw blade;

12. The saw blade can only be used when the accessories such as Anton belt and rotating shaft on the electric machine are normal
