How to use diamond wire saw

The beaded diamond wire stone sawing machine is used to quarry stone, and its sawing methods include ring sawing and downward pressure sawing. The machines, usage conditions and processes used in these two methods are different.

(1) Ring sawing method

This method is also called the lasso sawing method. Its essence is: a ring-shaped beaded diamond rope surrounds the rock being sawed. With the help of the diamond saw machine, the rope wheel is driven to rotate and move, and the beaded diamond rope is pulled to cut the rock. The cutting curve length and curvature radius change from large to small.

This method is suitable for both mining and cutting of the working surface, and can also be used for shaping and cutting of stone after segmentation. This method is only used by the beaded diamond wire saw alone during operation.

When mining and cutting the working surface, both vertical and horizontal cuts can be made. When performing vertical cutting, you can perform cutting in the front direction above the level where the machine is standing, or in the front direction below the level where the machine is standing.

The process of ring sawing method is: perforation-lasso-sawing.

perforation:

Make holes first at the designed position of the sawing working surface. If you are sawing vertically, you need to make one vertical and one horizontal hole that are at right angles to each other and pass through each other. Aperture diameter is 40-70mm. Vertical holes can be drilled with a drilling rig, while horizontal holes require a horizontal guide trough rock drill. This machine can drill holes slightly above the ground, and the benchmark on the equipment can be used to ensure accurate penetration with the vertical holes.

When the two rope holes are connected, pass the beaded diamond rope through the vertical hole, take it out from the horizontal hole with a metal hook, connect the beaded diamond rope into an endless ring, and put it on the driving wheel of the diamond saw machine. Spread the diamond rope so that the two guide wheels and the two through holes should be on the same plane with the correct direction and cannot be deflected.

Carry out sawing operations in accordance with operating requirements and procedures.

(2) Press-down sawing method

This method is also called the cable sawing method. Its essence is that the beaded diamond rope is driven by the driving sheave of the saw machine. With the help of the multi-purpose drill or the pressure sheave of the cutting work column, the rope is pressed down in the hole to achieve sawing feed. The cutting curve is limited by the working surface length. The changes in length and radius of curvature are not very different, and the cut rock is under the beaded diamond rope. This method is only suitable for mining and cutting on the working surface, and cannot be used for shaping and cutting after stone division.

This method must be used in conjunction with a multi-purpose drill or cutting work column during the operation. And only vertical cuts can be made.

4. Pay attention to ensure the tension. The tension is too small, the cutting speed is slow, the rope is easy to fall off, the tension is too large, the rope saw is worn quickly, and there is a risk of breaking the rope at the connection;

5. When the rope saw is not in use, the tension shall be unloaded and stored in a dry place;
