 Select diameter according to cutting depth

• Cutting depth ≤ 50mm → diameter 180-300mm (such as HuiceTools D300mm )

 Select model based on device power

• Handheld cutting machine (≤ 2kW) → diameter 100-250mm (if Chemitool 300mm model needs to be compatible with equipment of 3kW or more)
• Large road cutting machine (≥ 5.5kW) → diameter 300-900mm (such as Honda 13HP compatible with 500mm saw blade)

• Regular inspection: Check the saw blade deflection (≤ 0.5mm) and dynamic balance (G2.5 level or above) every 500 meters of cutting.
• Cooling control: When wet cutting, the cooling water flow rate should be ≥ 5L/min, and when dry cutting, continuous cutting should not exceed 30 seconds and cooling should be paused.
• Life warning: When the sawtooth wears down to 1/3 of its original height (such as 12mm tooth height remaining 4mm), it needs to be replaced to avoid damage to the substrate.
