Concave Diamond Grinding Head Wheel
Concave Diamond Grinding Head Wheel Description

- Main application: Suitable for curved surface grinding, polishing, and curved edge shaping of hard materials such as jade, jadeite, and glass.
- Structural design: Adopting a central shaft design, the wheel surface has a concave structure to effectively grind the curved surface.
- Specification parameters: The diameter is usually between 15mm and 50mm, and the handle diameter is commonly 6mm. There are various specifications for groove width to choose from.
- Abrasive characteristics: The surface of the wheel is coated with industrial diamond particles, with different particle sizes available to provide efficient grinding performance.
Concave Diamond Grinding Head Wheel Instructions

Coarse Grinding Diamond Grit: 80#
- Selected high-quality diamond electroplating, coarse sand is used for rough grinding and chamfering of workpieces
Fine Polishing Diamond Grit: 200#
- Fine sand is used for peeling amber, beeswax, and other materials, trimming marks to make the surface smooth
Regular size

This electroplated diamond grinding head has a diameter ranging from 16mm to 50mm. The outer diameter ranges from 9mm to 40mm. The typical handle diameter is 6mm. Diamond Abrasive Grit: 80#/200#
Reminder
When using diamond tools, please pay attention to the following:
1. When installing new tools, be sure to check if the tools jump. If they jump, you cannot work directly and must adjust them to not jump before use. Otherwise, the tool will quickly wear out and the carved object will not be very smooth. Adjustment method: Use a small wrench with a changing chuck to gently tap the high-speed rotating tool handle until the tool is stable. It is strictly prohibited to hit the electronic machine. The adjustment method is to loosen the clamp and turn the tool to an angle or extend and retract it a little.
2. It is necessary to cool it with water (similar to the drip device used in hospitals), such as dry drills. The diamond on the tool head will graphite due to overheating, which will quickly wear out and be scrapped.
3. When drilling, try to avoid shaking as shaking can cause local damage to the tool and accelerate the damage of the entire tool.
4. Try to increase the rotational speed as much as possible. Generally, the line speed is required to be no less than 10-20 meters per second.
5. Lightly press in, diamond tools rely on grinding to process workpieces. Excessive force can cause grinding powder to be difficult to remove, and tools (especially small tools) are also prone to damage
