It is reported that the first superhard materials and products training class of Henan University of Technology will be held at the School of Materials of Lianhua Street Campus of Henan University of Technology from April 10 to 16, 2023.

 

The training class of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Henan University of Technology was established in 2019. It aims to provide basic knowledge training for the abrasives industry, establish everyone's overall knowledge framework for abrasives, and gain a clearer understanding of the industry situation and future development direction; Establish a communication platform between schools and enterprises to help enterprises develop.

The epidemic has dissipated, and the training class has started again. The first superhard materials and products training class of Henan University of Technology has been fully prepared. We look forward to meeting everyone in Zhengzhou, Henan University of Technology, and starting the learning journey together!

4. Lecturer introduction

Wang Qinsheng, professor, former director of the Institute of Superhard Materials and Products of Henan University of Technology, secretary and deputy director of the Department of Abrasives and Abrasives Engineering. Chief expert of the superhard material industry base of the National Torch Program, chairman of the national superhard material high-tech industry chain expert committee, and honorary chairman of the Cultivated Diamond Branch of the China Jewelry and Jade Association. Research direction: superhard materials and products.

Zou Wenjun, Dean of the School of Raw Materials, Professor, Ph.D., doctoral and master supervisor. In 2006, he graduated from Yanshan University, majoring in Materials Science, with a Ph.D. Chairman of the National Coated Abrasives Expert Committee, head of the Henan Province Ultra-precision Machining Technology Innovation Team. Research direction: Synthesis of organic abrasives, coated abrasive adhesives, superhard materials and product applications.

 

Xu Sankui, dean, professor, doctoral degree, graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Zhengzhou University in 2013, received a doctorate in engineering, and is a master tutor. Deputy director of the Teaching Steering Committee of Materials Science in Henan Province, the academic technology leader of the Provincial Department of Education, and a part-time master tutor at the Industrial Catalysis Institute of Zhengzhou University. Research direction: abrasives, superhard materials and products, new catalytic materials and new technologies, etc.

 

Li Ying, vice president of the School of Raw Materials, professor, doctor, master tutor. In 2011, he graduated from Shanghai University, majoring in Materials Science, and obtained a Ph.D. Member of the Superhard Subcommittee of the National Abrasives Standardization Committee, member of the Superhard Materials Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Materials. Research direction: teaching and research of superhard materials and products.

 

Peng Jin, vice president, professor, master tutor. In 1996, he graduated from Hefei University of Technology, majoring in polymer materials and engineering. Member of the National Coated Abrasives Expert Committee, member of the National Abrasives Industry Expert Committee, deputy secretary-general of the Coated Abrasives Branch of the National Abrasives Standardization Committee, editorial board member of the EI indexed/Chinese core journal "Surface Technology". Research direction: coated abrasives, organic abrasives, thermosetting resins and their modification.

 

Zuo Hongsen, head of the Department of Materials, professor, master tutor. He graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a major in powder metallurgy materials, and studied as a graduate student in Yanshan University majoring in inorganic materials. He is a member of Superhard Material Branch of China Machine Tool Industry Association and director of Superhard Material Tool Society of Henan Mechanical Engineering Society. Research direction: structure and performance of superhard sintered products, interfacial interaction between brazing filler metal and diamond.

 

Hou Yonggai, former head of the Grinding Department, professor, doctor, master tutor. In 2013, he graduated from Yanshan University, majoring in Materials Science, with a Ph.D. Research direction: research on inorganic non-metallic materials such as low-temperature vitrified bond, superhard ceramic abrasive tools, etc.

 

Cui Wei, Director of Experimental Practice Center, Associate Professor. Research direction: research on superhard materials and abrasive tools technology equipment, material production, and process control research on processing.

Li Yantao, deputy director of the Department of Materials, associate professor, master. In 2004, he graduated from Jilin University with a major in Condensed Matter Physics. Research direction: Synthesis and application of new superhard materials.

He Weichun, professor, Ph.D., master supervisor. In 2007, he graduated from Zhejiang University, majoring in chemistry, with a Ph.D. Research direction: electrochemistry, superhard materials and products.

Han Ping, male, Han nationality, born in January 1984, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor, postdoctoral, graduated from Yanshan University in 2014, majoring in materials science, with a doctorate. Research direction: abrasives, superhard materials and products.
