Recently, Zhongke Ruijing (Inner Mongolia) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. completed all equipment debugging for its first phase project. Its MPCVD diamond, carbon nanotube film, and fiber products are expected to be officially put into production in July, adding new momentum to Inner Mongolia's new materials industry.
Zhongke Ruijing (Inner Mongolia) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in February 2026 and is located in Kundulun District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is reported that the company plans to invest 110 million yuan to build the MPCVD diamond, carbon nanotube film and fiber project. The first phase of the project includes 20 sets of MPCVD production lines and 5 sets of carbon nanotube production lines, all of which have been put into operation and debugged, and the first batch of products have been successfully produced; The second phase of the project is planned to be completed within 2-3 years, ultimately creating an industrial scale of 60 MPCVD equipment, 10 carbon nanotube film production lines, and 10 carbon nanotube fiber production lines.
According to Yan Zhihong, the general manager of the company, the reason for choosing to invest in Kundulun District, Baotou City is mainly due to its unique energy advantages, superior business environment, and enormous potential for transformation and development. According to the Investment Promotion Bureau of Baotou City, Mengxi Power Grid is the only independent provincial-level managed power grid in China, with the best electricity prices in the country. Baotou has a huge advantage in electricity security that cannot be compared to other regions. The electricity price for large industries is around 0.43 yuan/kWh, and for new industries it is around 0.33 yuan/kWh, highlighting its advantages in electricity security. Two 500 kV 100% pure new energy transmission channels have been built and put into operation, while another two 500 kV 100% energy transmission channels and four 5 million kW new energy transmission bases are accelerating construction. The proportion of green electricity will reach over 40% by 2025, providing strong guarantees for enterprises to pass the "carbon footprint" certification.
As the official production date in July approaches, Zhongke Ruijing will inject new "Baotou strength" into the large-scale application of high-quality cultivated diamonds and functional fields.
