Precautions for handling and storage of grinding wheels
1. During the process of handling and storing the grinding wheel, it should be stacked neatly in a horizontal manner, not to be sloped and pressed for a long time, and the stacking height should not exceed 1 meter. The grinding wheel should not be subjected to strong vibration and impact. Otherwise, cracks, crushing and edge knocking will occur, which may cause hidden dangers to the use of the grinding wheel.
2. The principle of advanced first-use shall be applied to the grinding wheel to ensure the best service life of the grinding wheel. The grinding wheel must be packaged and transported completely to avoid collision. It must not expose to moisture for a long time and contact with alkalis.
3. Avoid direct contact with the ground and must be stacked off the ground with wooden holders insulated from moisture.
4. Implement the principle of advanced first use to ensure the best service life of products.
5.All grinding wheels are fragile and should be handled carefully to prevent dropping or collision and not to roll them. Vehicles with inflated tyres should be used for handling.
6. Grinding wheels shall be used within the validity period. Resin and rubber bonded grinding wheels shall be stored for one year and then rotated for use only if they are qualified.
