Our diamond cutting blade for tiles is made using hot pressing technology and carefully selected high manganese steel substrate, which is exquisite and particularly suitable for cutting high hardness ceramic tiles. Slim cutting seam, no edge collapse, no porcelain collapse.
It is used for cutting for cutting ceramic, porcelain, tile, masonry, marble, and soft stone, fast cutting speed with less chips.
Steel Core Type: thicker of central part.
Dry or wet use, water coolant is benefit for longer cutting life.
Usually used on: angle grinders, table saws, handheld saw machines.
Bore size: 15.88mm(5/8"), 20.00mm, 22.23mm(7/8"), 25.4mm or as per demand.
Production process: hot-press sintered.
