* Before use, check whether the diamond saw blade is damaged; if it is damaged, it is strictly forbidden to use it.
* When assembling, the error between the motor shaft and the center hole of the saw blade must be less than 0.1mm
* Note that the direction of the arrow marked on the saw blade is consistent with the rotation direction of the machine used, and the diamond saw blade must not work in reverse.
* During the cutting process, please be careful not to apply side pressure and curve cutting, keep the knife feed smoothly, and avoid the impact of the blade (diamond head) on the workpiece to avoid danger;
* When dry cutting, do not cut continuously for a long time, so as not to affect the service life and cutting effect of the saw blade;
* When wet cutting, water should be added to cool down to prevent leakage.

Cut on the grinding wheel or refractory brick for a while before use, and then cut again, the effect is the best. If the saw blade is not sharp enough, use a silicon carbide whetstone to sharpen the diamond saw blade.
* The cutting machine must have a safety passport, and the operator must wear safety clothing, protective glasses, protective shoes, gloves, protective masks and other protective equipment.
* It is forbidden to use diamond saw blades for grinding operations, and special grinding discs should be used for grinding.
