3 steps wet use resin bond flexible diamond polishing pads
3-step diamond polishing pads for natural and engineered stone is an efficient and cost effective way for polishing countertops and slabs with polishers. They save much time and cost less compared to traditional 8-step pads.
It is used by portable grinder or other manual operated machines such as angle grinder or air polisher.
Velcro color coded for easy identification along with Velcro backed for quick pads changes.
The 3mm thickness is good for durability and life extension.

Grit 1, very sharp, wear-resistant, rough grinding is very fast, suitable for marble, terrazzo rough grinding, terrazzo, cement floor.
Grit 2, Clean the scratch, good fineness, can quickly scratch away.
Grit 3, polishing brightness, brightness up to 1000, directly after grinding crystallization.
Using from rough grit to fine grit, there is no need to use a final polishing disc, however if finally via buff polishing will get a better polishing result. A significant time savings of 35–45% can be achieved using this system. It is important not to mix this system with normal diamond polishing pads, as the grits will not coincide, therefore defeating the step savings.

1) Always wear protection for eyes, nose, hands, safety glass, gloves and apron. Never use high speed grinder and exceed rated RPM.
2) Secure/fasten the stone, it should not slide while polishing.
3) Attach velcro backer pad and polishing pads to polisher evenly else it may wobble. Start polishing with grit 50 at low rpm, adjust rpm as needed. Verify the entire polished stone surface has same level of smoothness before moving to next grit. If not, continue polishing with same grit. Generally above grit 400 grit surface is scratch free.
4) Repeat step 3, for each higher grit one by one starting grit 50 till 3000. Dont skip any grit in between. Most of the stone will show shine starting grit 800. If one still sees scratches beyond grit 800 and 1500, it is a sign that step 3 is not followed correctly in lower grits.
