Note:

1. The minimum speed of 4mm-50mm shall not be less than 2800 RPM.

2. During the use of all drill bits, feed between 0.6mm-0.8mm per second from 20 holes. After 20 holes, according to the actual use, speed up appropriately, 2-4mm glass control to 0.5mm-0.8mm, 4mm-8mm glass can be between 0.8mm-1.2mm. 8nn-9nn glass can be between 1 and 1.5mm, not more than 1.5mm per second.

3. Water must be supplied from the center of all drill bits during use. The water pressure is large enough to ensure the cooling of drill bits during use and the discharge of chip glass powder during use, so as to avoid the burning of drill bits due to lack of water or water pressure.

4. The factory's 4mm-40mm non-abrasive drill bit can be used up directly without grinding in the process of use after adjusting the best speed and feed speed. If there is a situation that the drilling edge is large and not sharp in the process of use, the 120#-140# white corundum grinding wheel can be used.
