Arix diamond(orderly arranged diamond) segment
As early as 2010, laboratory studies showed that under the same conditions (same matrix, same diamond grade and concentration), orderly arranged diamond saw blades(arix diamond segment saw blade) could improve the cutting efficiency and service life by at least 20% compared with ordinary saw blades. On the basis of saving diamond consumption and reducing the cost of the saw blade, the efficiency and life of the saw blade can still be improved, which reflects the superiority of the orderly arrangement of the diamond segment.
Previously, due to the process and manufacturing costs, the application of arix diamond tools was not very wide. After years of research and development and accumulation of experience, our company created an automatic diamond arrangement system, which greatly reduced the production cost and developed a mass production machine. So far, more and more users are applying the Arix diamond tools made by CDT.
Thanks to the trust of customers, we constantly adjust the process and formula, and gain a lot of practical working experience. The performance of Arix diamond tools becomes more and more stable and efficient. At present, Arix diamond tools are mainly used in diamond wall saw blade and concrete drill bit. Because of the sawing and drilling of concrete, in some cases the frequency is not very high, but the efficiency is very high. At this time, Arix diamond series products have a good play. Although the unit cost is higher than traditional diamond tools, the overall cost is much lower.
