Redi Lock diamond grinding blocks are metal-bond concrete grinding tools designed with the famous Redi-Lock dovetail quick-change system, originally developed for Husqvarna planetary floor grinders. The dovetail base enables tool-free installation and fast replacement, no bolts or wrenches required. Equipped with sintered diamond segments, available in arrow, round, rectangular, zigzag shapes.

16#,30#,50#,80#,120#; Soft/Medium/Hard metal bonds optional to match different concrete hardness.

Suitable for wet & dry grinding. Widely used for concrete surface leveling, laitance removal, epoxy & adhesive stripping, terrazzo grinding, surface prep for polished concrete and epoxy flooring.

Core Working Principle
Secured via a mechanical dovetail interlocking mechanism, the tool remains stable even under the heavy pressure of the grinding machine. Diamond particles cut into the concrete surface, while the metal matrix undergoes continuous wear and self-sharpening, exposing fresh diamond grains. Suitable for both dry and wet applications, it is primarily used for coarse grinding, leveling, and the removal of old coatings from concrete surfaces.

1 Steel Base: Features a Redi Lock dovetail design.
No screws required; simply slide into the grinding disc slot and twist to lock, enabling quick, tool-free installation and removal.

2 Sintered Diamond Segment:
Metal matrix with synthetic diamond, hot-pressed and sintered, then welded to the base.

3 Compatibility:

• Suitable for planetary floor grinders equipped with Redi Lock discs, such as those from Husqvarna, Scanmaskin, Aztec, Diamatic, and SASE; compatible with other brands when using an adapter plate.
