2 Blending and Homogenization: The raw materials are precisely mixed and then homogenized to ensure uniformity and stability.
3 Ball Milling: The blended raw materials are ground into a slurry of a certain fineness and fluidity in a ball mill.
4 Spray Drying: The slurry is transformed into dry powder through a spray dryer.
5 Powder Storage and Aging: The dried powder is stored in silos and aged to improve its plasticity and uniformity.
6 Pressing and Shaping: The aged powder is pressed into tile blanks using a press, determining the specifications and shape of the tiles.
7 Drying: The pressed tile blanks are dried to remove excess moisture and strengthen the body of the tiles.
8 Printing and Decoration: After drying, the tile blanks are printed and decorated with specific patterns and colors.
9 Glazing: The tile blanks are coated with an underglaze and a top glaze in preparation for firing and polishing.
10 Firing: The glazed tile blanks are fired at high temperatures to form hard tiles.
11 Polishing: The fired tiles are polished to remove surface irregularities, resulting in a smooth and lustrous finish.
12 Anti-Stain Treatment: After polishing, an anti-stain agent is applied to the surface of the tiles to improve their stain resistance.
13 Quality Inspection and Grading: The polished tiles are inspected for quality, graded by size, color difference, surface quality, etc.
14 Packaging and Storage: Tiles that pass inspection are packaged and then stored in the warehouse.
