What are Brazed Diamond Tools

Brazed diamond tools use diamond surface metallization technology to weld diamonds with active solder or nickel-based solder, forming elements or alloys through strong carbides, so that the diamond and the tool matrix achieve chemical metallurgical bonding, which greatly improves the holding of the diamond force.

 

In addition, the diamond can protrude 2/3 and is not easy to fall off, creating favorable conditions for sharp cutting and good chip removal. In addition, it is easy to combine with diamond orderly arrangement technology to achieve a reasonable and regular distribution of diamonds on the tool surface, making full use of the cutting effect of diamond, which can not only save the amount of diamond, reduce tool costs, but also improve cutting efficiency.
