156.47 Carats, The World's Largest Diamond

At the 15th China Henan International Investment and Trade Fair, Power Diamond Co.,  announced the successful cultivation of a 156.47-carat diamond rough stone through high-temperature and high-pressure methods, which has been appraised by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

 

This diamond is currently the world's largest artificially cultivated single crystal diamond, breaking the world record of 150.42 carats held by Meylor Global in 2022.
