2025 China Abrasives & Grinding Exhibition Exhibitor Registration Notes

The 7th China (Zhengzhou) Abrasives & Grinding Exhibition will be held as scheduled at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 20-22, 2025. Please note the following pre-show registration information:

• 1. Registration Time: September 18-19, 2025, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Note: Exhibitors with standard booths who do not require complex decoration or equipment commissioning should arrive on the afternoon of the 19th.
• 2. Registration Location: Gate 7, Logistics Passage (Back Door of Halls D and E)

 

3. Required Documents: Standard booths require: a copy of the payment receipt, a signed "Booth Contract" or a copy or electronic version of the invoice. Complete the required procedures within the specified timeframe. Custom booths require: a "Custom Booth Construction Authorization Letter," a "Construction Safety Responsibility Guarantee," and a "Volume Control Commitment." Present these documents to receive your exhibitor badge.

5. Pre-registration QR code for on-site visitors can be sent to your invited customers to log in and fill in in advance to reduce on-site waiting time. Present it on site to redeem your visitor pass for entry.

Special Note: On February 4, 2025, the Zhengzhou Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau and eight other departments jointly issued the "Notice on the Establishment of Green Logistics Zones" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), announcing that eight areas across the city would be designated Green Logistics Zones. Effective February 15, fuel-powered (gas-powered) dump trucks, concrete mixer trucks, and diesel (gas-powered) medium and heavy-duty trucks meeting the National V emission standard or below will be prohibited from entering Green Logistics Zones.

According to the Notice, fuel-powered (gas-powered) dump trucks, concrete mixer trucks, micro and light diesel trucks, and diesel (gas-powered) medium and heavy-duty trucks meeting the National V emission standard or below will be prohibited from entering Green Logistics Zones (except for military vehicles, police vehicles, fire trucks, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, China Post special vehicles, and other vehicles exempt from route restrictions as stipulated by laws and regulations).

 

8 The eight green logistics areas are:

(1) Around the Central Business District: the enclosed area of ​​Zhongzhou Avenue (excluding) - Jinshui East Road (excluding) - Huanghe East Road;

(2) Around Hanghai Gymnasium: the enclosed area of ​​Jingbei Second Road - Jingkai Second Avenue - Changjiang East Road - Airport Expressway (excluding) - Hanghai Road - Chaofeng Road;

(3) Around the key cultural relics protection units of the Shang Dynasty Ruins: the enclosed area of ​​Chengbei Road - Zijingshan Road - Chengnan Road - Chengdong Road;

(4) Around the Henan Hospital Campus of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University: the enclosed area of ​​Songshan Road - Zhongyuan Road - Jingguang Road - Jianshe Road;

(5) Around Gushuyuan Park in Huiji District: the enclosed area of ​​Xincheng Road - Tianhe Road - Tianyuan Road - Tsinghuayuan Road;

(6) Around Henan Polytechnic School and Henan Experimental Middle School: the enclosed area of ​​North Third Ring Road (excluding) - Huayuan Road - Nongye Road - Wenhua Road;

(7) Around Zhengzhou Foreign Language School: the area encompassing Lianhua Street, Chinan Road, Cuizhu Street, Yuxiang Road, Yulan Street, and Shinan Road (excluding this road);

(8) Around shopping malls and supermarkets: the area encompassing Jianshe Road (excluding) – Huashan Road – Yinghe Road – Qinling Road.

 

 

Starting July 1, 2025, the above-mentioned vehicles will be prohibited from driving throughout the day within the implementation area. Anyone who violates the provisions of this notice will be punished in accordance with road traffic management laws and regulations and relevant provisions.
