Huanghe Whirlwind Prealloyed Powder Project Is To Be Recommended As The National Manufacturing Champion

The Huanghe Whirlwind Cyclone prealloy powder project for diamond tools is proposed to be the national sixth batch of manufacturing individual champion.

 

Recently, the provincial government website on the "proposed to recommend the sixth batch of manufacturing individual champions and through the review of the third batch of manufacturing individual champions" on the public. Henan Huanghe Cyclone Co., Ltd. is listed among them, and its declared prealloy powder project for diamond tools is proposed to be the single champion of manufacturing industry.

According to the document requirements of the Implementation Plan of the Special Action on Cultivating and Improving Individual Champion Enterprises in Manufacturing Industry (No. 105 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the Notice on the Organization of recommending the sixth batch of Individual Champions in Manufacturing Industry and reviewing the third batch of Individual Champions in Manufacturing Industry (No. 2021) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, On the basis of reviewing the recommended materials and organizing experts for preliminary review and evaluation, Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology intends to recommend the project of prealloy powder for diamond tools applied by Henan Yellow River Cyclone Co., LTD., as the national sixth batch of manufacturing individual champion together with the project applied by other 15 units.

 

Huanghe Cyclone has been working intensively in the field of prealloy powder for diamond tools for 15 years, and has developed atomization method to produce prealloy powder, which has reached the international advanced level. It took the lead in formulating the standard of "Water Atomized iron Copper prealloy Powder for diamond Tools" (JB/T 13308-2017) in the industry. This kind of products in the international market share of more than 36%, domestic market share of more than 47%, both ranked first.

 

The prealloy powder used for diamond tools is mainly used to prepare sintered diamond bodies, and to hold diamond abrasive grains to form effective cutting, grinding and drilling diamond tool products, such as diamond saw blade, edging wheel, scraper, thin-wall drill, rope saw and so on. At the same time, it is involved in aerospace, diamond products, machinery, automobile, electronics and other industries, and its application field is still gradually expanding.
