Diamond Wire Saw Using Attention
1. Regularly check the rotation of the rope saw and adjust it in a timely manner
2. Regularly check the wear of the beads to avoid uneven wear. Once uneven wear occurs, timely measures must be taken.
3. Regularly inspect the wear of the joint and the beads at both ends of the joint, and replace the joint in a timely manner.
4. The tension of the steel rope is generally 250-300kg (Φ 4-5mm steel wire rope)
5. The linear speed during wire saw cutting is adjusted according to different types of stones:
1-2 grade granite: 25-30 meters per second
3-4 grade granite: 22-26 meters per second
Grade 5 granite: 20-24 meters per second
Marble: 30-45 meters per second
Grinding rock: 30-35 meters per second
6. During the initial cutting stage of the new rope, its line speed should be reduced by 2-3 meters per second compared to the aforementioned to facilitate bead cutting.
The water flow rate is generally between 12-25L/min.
