The Ring Saw Drive Wheel is a key power transmission spare part for peripheral-driven diamond ring saws. Unlike conventional saw blades driven by a central arbor, the ring saw blade is driven from its inner edge. This drive wheel features a precision V-groove to engage the V-shaped inner rim of the diamond ring blade. Together with guide rollers, it transfers power from the machine motor and spins the ring blade for cutting.
Usually made of wear-resistant alloy steel. It is a consumable component. It is recommended to replace the drive wheel together with a new ring saw blade to avoid slipping, vibration or blade deflection, maintaining stable overcut-free corner cutting performance.
