Diamond tools can be divided into 8 categories according to different use methods

(1) Abrasive tools - including bonded abrasive tools, coated abrasive tools and loose abrasive tools, such as grinding wheel, abrasive tile, honing stone, profiled grinding head, diamond abrasive belt, fine grinding shot, grinding paste, etc.

(2) Sawing tools are divided into two categories: one is circular saw, band saw, row saw and rope saw for cutting granite, marble and concrete; The other is the inner circle cutting sheet and outer circle cutting sheet for cutting metal and semiconductor materials.

(3) Drilling tools - including drill bits, reamers, and construction engineering casing drills used for exploration and drilling in geological, petroleum, coal, metallurgical and other departments.

(4) Cutting tool - turning tool, boring tool and milling tool made of diamond polycrystalline composite or natural large single crystal are used for finishing nonferrous metal parts in automobiles, aircraft and precision machinery, as well as non-metallic materials such as plastics and ceramics.

(5) Trimming tool - molding trimming roller, correction pen, trimming block.

(6) Wire drawing die - diamond polycrystal is made into wire drawing die to draw wire, filament, screen wire and other fine metal wires.

(7) Other tools - scribing knife, glass knife, carving knife, nesting knife, assorted file, measuring head, bearing, stylus, diamond scalpel, etc.

(8) Special instrument elements - hardness tester indenter, surface roughness tester probe, high pressure cavity anvil, internal combustion engine nozzle, high-power triode, infrared window, microwave, laser, diamond heat dissipation element in large-scale integrated circuit, resistance thermometer, etc.
