1. The most common problems that diamond wire saw can not cut and use are incorrect selection of diamond (usually too good diamond), carcass, spacing between beads, mold design or incorrect application parameters. For example, we choose diamonds with too high density or too good for sawing. Diamonds will not break easily, making it difficult to produce new sharp edge tips.
2. Saw rope breaks. Saw rope breaks, usually with incorrect application parameters or with poor quality. This means that the combination between plastic/rubber and Diamond Beads is not strong enough to cause rock debris to enter the diamond saw rope. Soon magma or rock debris will come into contact with and chafe the steel rope partially between the bead steel body and the steel rope. The wire rope connection thread starts to break. This may also be due to incorrect use of the binder. Wire rope breakage may also be caused by incorrect selection of wire rope, bead steel body and poor heat treatment after injection molding.
3. Stripping of beads If the part of the cut layer of the string beads is stripped off the steel body, usually improper carcass or incorrect sintering parameters are used. Usually incorrect cold pressing is also the cause of flaking. Sometimes, due to improper dewaxing process, paraffin penetrates between metal carcass and bead steel body. Sometimes this problem is also related to improper cleaning of the bead steel body.
4. The loose and loose combination of beads is usually the signal of problems during injection molding. It may be improper wire rope selection or improper cleaning of Diamond Beads due to internal contamination, which will result in poor bonding between the beads and injection molding/rubber.
