Diamond grinding wheel storage tips

During storage, the diamond grinding wheel shall not roll to avoid cracking and surface damage, and shall not be subjected to strong vibration and impact.

The storage time of grinding wheel should not exceed the validity period of grinding wheel. If the resin and rubber bonded grinding wheel has been stored for more than one year from the date of manufacture, the grinding wheel should only be used after passing the rotation test.
Diamond tools for processing hard and brittle materials mainly include various diamond saws and diamond products. Although the application range and machining characteristics of the various tools are different, their wear mechanism is roughly the same. The storage location of diamond grinding wheels should be kept dry and at an appropriate temperature to avoid mixing with other chemicals. Prevent the grinding wheel from being eroded by moisture, low temperature, overheat and harmful chemicals and reduce its strength.
