Instructions for use of diamond wire saw

Usage: This product is suitable for cutting granite, marble, reinforced concrete and other materials.

Operation Specification:

1. Straighten the Diamond Wire Saw during use, tighten it 1-2 turns/m according to the direction of the steel rope, tighten it with special hydraulic tongs and compact it. The wear of the matching buckle of the hydraulic tongs shall not exceed 0.2mm

2. During use, sharp angle cutting shall be avoided as far as possible to avoid damage to the rope. If necessary, support guide wheel shall be added.

3 The wear of the guide wheel will reduce the fit between the rope saw and the guide wheel, otherwise it may cause overheating and aging of the fixed rubber, affect the fastening effect and cause bead detachment.

 

4. Follow up the cooling water in time to ensure the water flow, otherwise it may cause the fixed rubber to overheat and age, affect the fastening effect, and cause the beads to fall off.

5. Pay attention to ensure the tension. The tension is too small, the cutting speed is slow, the wire saw is easy to fall off, the tension is too large, the wire saw is worn quickly, and there is a risk of breaking the wire saw at the connection;

6. When the Diamond Wire Saw is not in use, the tension shall be unloaded and stored in a dry place;

7 Safe operation specification
7-1 All wire saw equipment must comply with relevant safety standards;

7-2 There must be safety isolation equipment (isolation plate, steel pipe, etc.) and personal protection measures around the wire saw working face at the construction site before construction;

7-3 When the product is in working condition, the personnel must be 15 meters away from the working surface, and it is strictly forbidden to stay in the straight line area in the running direction of the rope saw; If on-site maintenance is required, the machine must be shut down before operation;

7-4 During the use of the product, it is normal for some beads to loose due to wear and impact. After a cutting operation, the product status must be checked. The loose parts of the beads need to be cut off with special scissors, or stop using the product.
