Mining Method for Granite Mines-Diamond disc saw cutting

The so-called diamond disc saw cutting method is to lay a track on the flat surface of the mine, then drive the diamond disc saw blade to rotate at high speed through the main motor in the main machine part of the mine scrap cutting machine, adjust the speed with variable frequency, control the automatic feed by dual-track traction and cut on the track to get the scrap material. Finally, through drills, water hammers, air drills and other equipment, the scrap material is trimmed into standard scrap material(Granite Block).

This method was originated in Fujian Province at the earliest. It uses the principle of cutting and processing plate for reference and flexibly applies the high-speed rotary cutting technology of diamond cutter to field stone mining.

 

It has the advantages of high efficiency, low consumption, safety, environmental protection, energy saving and high yield. It is very friendly to small and medium-scale mechanized granite mining with complete ore body. It is the most efficient mining at home and abroad with the lowest mining cost at present. Mechanized mining method for stone mines with the largest waste output. At present, this method is used in most domestic granite mines and is gradually accepted by foreign stone mines.
