On May 30th, the first set of high-end equipment for diamond microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) in our province was rolled off the production line in Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County.

 

It is understood that traditional diamond preparation technology has long relied on imported equipment, with high costs and limited processes. The MPCVD high-end equipment independently developed by Hebei Investment Crystal Armor Technology Co., Ltd. has improved the deposition rate of diamond single crystals by optimizing microwave plasma parameters, reaching the international leading level.
