Recently, the People's Government of Henan Province issued a notice on clarifying the key work responsibility units proposed in the government work report for 2025, decomposing this year's key work and clarifying the responsible units, promoting the efficient and high-quality completion of established target tasks.

 

In terms of promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation, it is mentioned that we need to focus on 28 key industrial chains and implement 20 major science and technology projects, such as the functional application of superhard materials, the development of integrated computing and intelligent computing, and the high-value utilization of renewable energy, through methods such as "unveiling and leading" and "PI system".

 

In terms of promoting the construction of a modern industrial system with greater efforts, it is mentioned to target carbon based new materials, advanced functional materials, etc., promote the innovative development of new generation electronic materials such as electronic grade diamonds and high-purity quartz, support Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Pingdingshan, Jiyuan and other places to build high-performance composite material industry clusters, and cultivate and strengthen the future material industry.

 

In addition, the "Notice" also mentioned supporting the cultivation of 10 national manufacturing "single champion" enterprises, 1000 provincial-level specialized, refined, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises, and 2500 newly added industrial enterprises above designated size.
