Recently, the prices of raw materials such as tungsten carbide have continued to rise sharply, imposing significant cost pressures on enterprises across the diamond industry chain. Against this backdrop, multiple diamond companies including Zhongnan Diamond, Huifeng Diamond, Hude Diamond, and Jiangxi Hengzuan have successively issued price adjustment notices, officially heralding the collective price increase of diamonds in 2026.

On February 11, Zhongnan Diamond Co., Ltd. issued a notice on the price adjustment of industrial diamonds, stating that due to the continuous rise in production and operational costs of industrial diamond products, the company has implemented a new pricing policy effective February 11, 2026, to ensure stable supply and maintain quality standards, with adjustments made to the prices of certain diamond products.
Hufeng Diamond Co., Ltd. issued a product price adjustment notice on February 24, stating that the significant increase in the price of upstream core raw materials has led to a substantial rise in the production costs of the company's industrial diamond-related products. To ensure continued stable supply without compromising quality and service standards, the company has decided to uniformly raise the prices of related products by 5%-15% effective March 1, 2026, implementing a new pricing policy.
It is worth noting that due to the influence of tungsten, cobalt and other hard alloy raw materials and cost factors, the production costs of domestic tool companies have also increased. Tool companies such as Zhengzhou Lizhuan Superhard Material Products Co., Ltd. and Chongyi Zhangyuan Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd. have successively issued price adjustment notices, and product prices have been raised to varying degrees. Among them, the price adjustment range of welding machine clamping blade products is relatively prominent.
The centralized price adjustment of several diamond enterprises is an inevitable choice to deal with the pressure of raw material cost. In the future, with the changes in the market trend of raw materials such as tungsten carbide, the price system of the diamond and downstream tool products industry may be further adjusted. Upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain need to strengthen collaborative cooperation, hedge cost pressures through technological innovation, supply chain optimization, and other means, and jointly promote high-quality and sustainable development of the industry.
