The association is scheduled to hold the "2024 Autumn National Abrasives and Grinding Tools Industry Information Exchange Conference" in Dalian, Liaoning Province from September 23 to 25, 2024.

The relevant matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:

1. Meeting time:

September 23-25, 2024, check in all day on the 23rd;

Leave the hotel before 12 noon on the 26th.

2. Meeting address:

Dalian Xinyue Hotel (No. 81, Renmin Road, Zhongshan District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province).

3. Meeting content:

Morning of September 24:

1. Secretary-General Chen Peng made an analysis of the economic operation of the abrasives and grinding tools industry in the first half of 2024;

2. Invite Mr. Wang Peiming, Vice President of Saint-Gobain Ceramic Materials Asia, France, and Mr. Otsu, Technical Consultant of Abrasives and Grinding Tools of Japan Chaoyang Trading Co., Ltd., to make keynote speeches;

Afternoon of September 24:

Organize the "Enhance Confidence, Work Together-Promote the High-quality Development of the Abrasives and Grinding Tools Industry Seminar", and invite many well-known companies and experts and scholars from scientific research institutions in the industry to participate in the seminar.

Note: Please pay attention to subsequent notifications for specific content.

September 25: Organize representatives to visit and inspect.

4. Participation fee:

2,600 yuan/person (including conference affairs, food and accommodation), branch members who have paid the 2023 membership fee will enjoy a discount of 100 yuan/person, and an additional fee of 1,000 yuan will be charged for private rooms. Registration fee is 1,300 yuan/person, and 1,100 yuan/person without dinner.

5. Provide a variety of conference services for participating companies, welcome to inquire:

1. Conference cooperation and publicity service: starting from 15,000 yuan [preferential conditions include: delegate participation fees; display of company names on the electronic screen of the conference rostrum and the exhibition board at the conference site; publication of company names and one color page on the homepage of the conference delegate list; one color page of "China Abrasives and Grinding Tools"];

2. Color page publicity service: starting from 2,000 yuan (including the delegate list and two issues of the quarterly magazine). Any company interested in publishing color pages should provide the corresponding materials before September 1, 2024;

3. On-site publicity service: provide on-site publicity in various forms such as arches and flags.
