The 6th Training Course on Superhard Materials and Products and the 2nd Superhard Materials Industry Development Forum of Henan University of Technology have successfully concluded
On October 19th, the graduation ceremony of the 6th Superhard Materials and Products Training Class and the 2nd Superhard Materials Industry Development Forum were successfully held at the School of Materials Science and Technology of Henan University of Technology. This event is jointly organized by Henan University of Technology, China Superhard Materials Network, and Henan Moyue Industrial Design Co., Ltd. It brings together experts, scholars, enterprise representatives, and trainees in the field of superhard materials to conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges on technological innovation, industrial applications, and policy trends of superhard materials.
Zhao Zhiwei, Dean of the School of Materials Science and Technology at Henan University of Technology, presented a keynote report titled "Overview of the Development and Characteristic Achievements of the School of Materials Science and Technology at Henan University of Technology". The report systematically introduced the research teams of the School of Materials Science and Technology, including grinding materials and products for ultra precision machining, synthesis and application of superhard materials, new metal ceramic based composite materials, as well as the main research achievements of the School of Materials Science and Technology in the field of superhard materials and products.
Professor Zou Wenjun, former dean of the School of Materials Science and Technology, shared the report "Research and Application of Metal Resin Composite Bonding Agent for Superhard Grinding Tools", elaborating in detail on the new method of preparing high-performance metal resin bonding agent superhard grinding wheels for hard alloy processing, and proposing its polishing application prospects in processing difficult to grind hard and brittle workpieces such as monocrystalline silicon and silicon carbide.
Professor Zhang Yingjiu from Zhengzhou University focused on "Stone Cutting Wire Saw Machine", sharing and explaining the main characteristics of stone cutting equipment such as wire saws and row saws, comparing and analyzing the performance characteristics of stone wire saws and row saws, and finally elaborating on the types, advantages and disadvantages, common problems and solutions in cutting of stone wire saws such as wire mesh compression, stone lifting, and swinging.
The successful holding of the 6th Training Course on Superhard Materials and Products and the 2nd Superhard Materials Industry Development Forum at Henan University of Technology not only provides a platform for the industry to exchange ideas on "production, learning, research, and application", but also injects new impetus into the technological breakthroughs, policy adaptation, and market expansion of the superhard materials industry.
