The 7th Superhard Materials and Products Training Program of Henan University of Technology will be held from April 13th to 19th, 2026 at the College of Superhard Materials and Abrasives of Henan University of Technology!

Lecturer Introductions

  • Wang Qinsheng, male, professor, founder of the Superhard Materials and Products major at Henan University of Technology (formerly Zhengzhou Industrial College of the Ministry of Machinery Industry). Currently serving as Chief Engineer of the Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Diamond and Diamond Products, Chief Expert of the National Torch Program Superhard Materials Industrial Base, and Director of the National Expert Committee on the High-Tech Industrial Chain of Superhard Materials. A recipient of the 50-Year Outstanding Contribution Expert Award for Superhard Materials in China, winner of the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China Commemorative Medal.   • Li Zhihong, male, professor-level senior engineer, senior consultant of the Superhard Materials Branch of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association, former Secretary-General of the Henan Provincial Superhard Materials Association, and Deputy Director of the Expert Committee on Superhard Materials Technology. He has published over 40 papers, edited and published 4 yearbooks and collections of papers, co-edited 18 books, and edited and internally published over 30 yearbooks and collections of papers. He previously edited the industry's "15th-13th Five-Year Plan" development plan. His recent research focuses on the current status and development trends of the superhard materials industry.
  • Zou Wenjun, male, Han nationality, born in January 1961, from Huangmei, Hubei Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He was formerly the Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Henan University of Technology, a professor, and a doctoral and master's supervisor. He graduated from Yanshan University in 2006 with a doctoral degree in Materials Science. He is the Chairman of the National Expert Committee on Coated Abrasives and the leader of the Henan Provincial Ultra-Precision Machining Technology Innovation Team. His research interests in China include the synthesis of organic abrasives and coated abrasive adhesives, and the application of superhard materials and their products.
